The Epic Puzzle of Rift (The Callweddi Meta - Puzzle)
Getting Started
So, you've stumbled across Callweddi and found the beginning of the Epic Meta-Puzzle in Rift.
This puzzle is not required for anything in the game other than certain mounts, wardrobe pieces, a teleport, bragging rights, artifact trackers that can be bought with Platinum, achievements, and bragging rights.
We start on the island of Callweddi in the Plane Touched Wilds . To get here, you must swim, and climb a parkour of rocks and ledges to get to the top. At the top of the rock is a puzzle, the Pentomino Permutator. This is a Tetris-like puzzle that requires some time and patience, unless you cheat, of course. The answer to the puzzle is in the snap shot below. (Spoiler)

Callweddi Pentomino Permutator Puzzle Spoiler
Once you have completed the Pentomino Permutator (Pent Puzzle), you must find (Omi) in The Canals of Tempest Bay . This NPC is found when you go down the stairs into the canal, and continue swimming straight until you hit the wall where the NPC is found underwater.
The Henges
(Omi) will tell you that you must find her sister (Nomi) before you can do anything with the puzzle piece you received in the Callweddi Pent Puzzle. To do this, you must locate all of the Henges found within Brevane and Dusken. These super tiny Stonehenges (around the size of a companion pet) are in remote locations, and are almost always found near a teleport, and generally are not near anything that could attack you. The locations of the Henges are found below, along with snapshots of their locations on the map. (Spoiler)

Finding each and every Henge is crucially important, as these will allow you to teleport to (Nomi) from any one of them as soon as you have found all of them and received the achievement of [It Goes Up To 11]. (Nomi) will sell you several sets worth of artifacts, and buying them all could easily cost you 500 Platinum. You could check the Auction House and find each and every piece there, however, they may not all be available on the Auction House. (Nomi) will give you hints on three sets of Puzzle Pieces. These three sets can be found by doing different things. In order to get two of the three sets, you must first finish the Callweddi Pent Puzzle. There is a four piece set, a five piece set, and a six piece set.
The Puzzle Piece Sets
UPDATE: Tok's Proving Grounds now allows for the purchase of the puzzle pieces using Tok Tokens
In order to get to the city on Callweddi , you must obtain all the puzzle pieces, use Rainbow Glue (which costs 5K Platinum each) and make Mosaics. But first, getting the Puzzle Pieces is going to be the most time consuming part. This will require you to travel to every single land, and solve (if not already) every single puzzle to make sure that the special puzzle pieces aren't hiding anywhere from you. They also require you to kill tens upon tens of Fae creatures from various lands of various levels. This could take anywhere from 20-80 kills just to get one of the five pieces. The last set of six does NOT require the Pent Puzzle to be completed, but is fully obtained by picking up Poision, Burning, and Nightmare Artifacts in the Plane Touched Wilds in Mathosia.

The Four Piece Set
The four piece set is found by resisting the puzzles found within Telara, through the Vanilla, Storm Legion, and Nightmare Tide expansions. (Vanilla is Rift, or just Mathosia and Ember Isle. Storm Legion is Brevane and Dusken. Nightmare Tide is the Plane of Water.)
The four pieces are found as Rubix Cube looking items that are ONLY visible to you, and are found in several areas around the Puzzles in Telara. You may notice, however, that the cubes are almost always sitting in a spot where you could see the puzzle if you zoom out and move the camera around. If you can't see the puzzle, you probably won't find a cube there. This part is probably the second easiest to do in order to find the Puzzle Pieces needed from the three different sets of Puzzle Pieces. It only requires you to visit the 22 puzzles in Telara, and you may not need to visit them all to get the pieces. (For example, I had one in the Lake of Solace Puzzle, one in Ardent Domain, The Dendrome, and so on). It may take some time, however, you do NOT need to finish the puzzles to find these pieces, but it is recommended that you do so.
On the Brevane and Dusken Puzzles, you will need to collect some special items through special means. The artifact sets I spoke of earlier are the ones you will need to complete first, then complete these quests or tasks to gain items, then speak with (Omi) who will sell the books in exchange for these items. This makes the puzzles a little more difficult, time consuming, and requires more patience.
Once you have collected the entire set, you will need a pot of Rainbow Glue from (Nomi), and will need to assemble it into a mosaic. (Check Below)

The Five Piece Set
The five piece set requires you to kill ALOT of Fae. You will need to travel to several places and kill these Fae, mentored down five levels under the Fae. This should get you puzzle pieces in about 20-40 kills.

The green puzzle pieces consist of the piece you got for solving the Callweddi puzzle, plus 4 pieces that drop from Fae around Telara. These can be obtained from : Level 15 Faes in Silverwood, Hedgerow Court Level 38 Fae in Moonshade Swamp, south from the middle port, and Level 60 Fae in The Dendrome, just outside of Solstice Tower, and level 50 Fae in Life rifts on Ember Isle. Mentor down to 5 levels below these Fae, and you will be able to get the puzzle piece within 20-40 kills.

The Six Piece Set
The six piece set is the hardest one to do. It requires you to pick up TONS of artifacts in Planetouched Wilds. These can't be any ordinary Twisted or regular Artifacts. These have to be Poison, Burning, or Nightmare Artifacts.
You will need to collect white Artifacts in order to get Poison Vision. This gives you 15 minutes of Poison Vision. When you pick up green Poison Artifacts, you could trigger Burning Vision. This gives you 10 minutes of Burning Vision. When you pick up orange Burning Artifacts you could trigger Nightmare Vision. This gives you 5 minutes of Nightmare Vision. You have to pick these kinds of artifacts up in order to collect the six puzzle pieces for this set. This is the only set that does not require the Callweddi Pent Puzzle to be complete in order to collect these pieces. This will take a VERY long time. The other ways to collect these pieces is to use Vials, or use Opie's Trackers. Look below for more info (Spoiler).

To obtain these pieces, in more specific terms, you must pick up the different types of artifacts listed above : Poison Artifacts, Burning Artifacts, and Nightmare Artifacts. Picking up these artifacts results in a roll on a Number Generator. For those of you who don't know, RNG's are the same things Class III slot machines use in casinos. The idea behind it, in simple terms, is like a dice. Imagine a 1,000,000 (one million) sided dice. This dice is constantly rolling, and the second you pick up one of the Artifacts, the dice will 'stop.' If the predetermined number, lets say, 975,000 (nine-hundred and seventy-five thousand), is less than the roll of the dice, you will win one of the puzzle pieces... However, there's a catch. If you already have the randomly issued puzzle piece, the game will not award the piece. This makes it more difficult as you earn more of the six puzzle pieces. Each and every time that you 'could' have won a piece, does not mean you actually win a piece, because you may already have it. However, again, there is a catch to the catch. It appears as though the game compensates for this, making for a slightly higher chance of winning a piece each time you collect a new one, but still retaining the idea that you may not be rewarded one, as you may already have it. Additionally, you also have a ten times higher chance of winning a puzzle piece when looting an Artifact from a rare node. The common and rare nodes grant different kinds of Artifacts. Rare nodes grant Epic, Rare, and Uncommon ones, and the common nodes grant rare, Uncommon and Common ones. The node will determine the chance of winning a piece.
Combining the Puzzle Pieces into Mosaics.
Once you have at least one of the three sets you can take them to one of the three shrines within Telara (bodies of water) and have them assembled with a pot of Rainbow Glue. The locations to the shrines are below in the (spoiler).

Blue set: in Cape Jule, in the Cliffside Vale area at (7380, 10400). This spawns the top ramp.
Green set: in Stonefield, near the Freemarch border at (5390, 5420). This spawns the bottom ramp.
Purple set: in Gloamwood, on the hill above Gloamwood Pines at (5159, 3489). This spawns the middle ramp.

Once assembled, place in your dimension, and take a puzzle box from each. start with Red, then Green, then Blue, as you enter in the patterns at the Pent Puzzle. Run up the first ramp to the last square. Enter in the second pattern. Then run up the next ramp and stop on the last box again. Enter in the third pattern. Run up to the top, and you become a Callweddi Citizen.

Puzzle Box Decoding
One of the most frustrating parts after doing all the hard work is the puzzle box. Well, puzzle boxes. You will need to fork over some more plat for these babies. Then you have to decode them. If you look below, you will have the key to decoding them yourself... Or even further below, the keys to each individual puzzle box, courtesy of Firewiz.
Decoding Keys
Here are the keys. A, B, Y, N, C, O, T, S, M, K, F, R.
What to do:
Take a the 10x6 Board below.
Let's make an explanation example. If the Puzzle Box says "ABCCKSS", that means that 7 squares on the 10x6 board would go in order... ABNCCK.... Exactly as it says. So you place the pentominos accordingly, as the puzzle box tells you exactly where to place everything in order to get the solution.
